BlockMinerz Pool and its operators do not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials available on the BlockMinerz Pool website. You use the information and materials at your own risk, and the pool is not liable for any damage or loss incurred.
13. Accounts
BlockMinerz Pool is not an electronic wallet or bank for your coins. Accounts inactive for more than 3 months may be deleted. Users who exploit or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities will have their accounts deleted and may face legal action.
14. Service
BlockMinerz Pool operators may stop mining services for a particular coin under certain conditions. In the event of a blockchain fork, the pool may need to remove incorrect blocks and related transactions to fix the continued service of the pool.
15. Misc
Botnets and browser-based mining software where end users are unaware are not welcome. Accounts with suspicious connections may be suspended without prior notice. Any attempts to gain unauthorized access or degrade services will result in a permanent ban.
16. Custom Payments & Difficulty
BlockMinerz Pool does not assume responsibility for the use of custom payout amounts, custom difficulty, or custom payout dates. Miners assume responsibility when choosing these custom settings.

BlockMinerz Pool takes user privacy seriously. The pool system collects only the mining wallet address and IP address for debug logs. Google Analytics is used to collect visitor information.
